Sarah Wattam
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Sarah graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2009, after completing a BSc in Kinesiology. She has 10 years of experience working in the field of Orthopedic Physiotherapy. Sarah is McKenzie certified, has completed level 3 of the Orthopedic Division Manual Therapy program, and can perform dry needling. After working with women at all stages of life, Sarah developed a special interest in pelvic health as she has recognized the important link between the pelvic floor muscles and strength and stability. She has been working as a Women’s Health Physiotherapist since 2016, completing Levels 1, 2, and 3 courses from Pelvic Health Solutions. Sarah and Cindy worked together at K-town Physiotherapy as Sarah was first delving into pelvic health.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband and playing, singing, dancing, and crafting with her two young daughters. Sarah also enjoys baking and likes to stay active by walking, maintaining her own yoga practice, and attending group cycling classes as time permits.
